I have purchased more than 10 centrum multivitamin bottles already and what I usually find is that the tablets then to change color or have color spots after about a year or less of opening.

To avoid upset stomach, I take it right after a meal.

I take thid vitamin first thing by habit. Never want to forget. It does give me some energy. Again, this is my own personal opinion, not for others.
