One day I was in CVS in the vitamin aisle getting my next supply of iron pills, of course, when my eye happened to catch a liquid multi vitamin. Imagine my excitement when I found it was Centrum. I had tried the pill form of Centrum many a time with no noticable results but as soon a I took the liquid form the first day I felt so much better. I take 15ml every morning and I have not missed a day since. I would recommend this product to anyone that suffers with my condition and any that have a hard time taking pills. While neither the taste nor the smell are enjoyable -- murky and sickly sweet in scent, metallic in taste -- it is palatable and I don't dread it. This is not a crazy herbal sugar super magical elixir.......it's good, quality, vitamins in liquid form. If you want a "high" or "buzz" try a five hour energy. If you want real vitamins that taste like an energy drink and that will work, get this! Pros

I have been using it post-surgery instead of my regular gummy vitamins, and I realize now how spoiled I was. It tastes awful, and then to boot makes my belly warm inside when it goes down. That is not pleasant, by the way. Find something else! Pros
