I take daily because my cardiologist recommended this brand specifically. I take the 'silver' variety even though my hair isn't silver (yet) and I'm over 62. (I'm NOT saying this product will retain your hair color, but it might just retain your health a little longer). I take this in combination with the ACE inhibitors (Vitamins A, C, & E).

I am confident in this brand's quality ingredients. There is so much in the press about questionable vitamin quality and I have no doubts about this brand. I am also confident that it has the right ingredients for a person over 60 years old.

Centrum silver provides a well-rounded daily supply of vitamins and many minerals. We use it as a basic supplement, adding other vitamins (B,C, and D) for extra dosage.
Adults - One tablet daily with food. Not formulated for use in children. As with any supplement, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, contact your healthcare professional.
