I am 62 and in good health, but my doctor recommends a multi-vitamin, especially Centrum Silver. It has a good balance of necessary vitamins and minerals for those of us who need a supplement (all of us) and especially for those of us who don't always eat a proper diet. There is a variety of generics out there, and they always compare themselves to Centrum. But I take only the Centrum because I trust it, stay quite healthy on it (even during cold and flu season), and find the name brand much easier to swallow.

Althouh I have a serious illness I believe Centrum gives me the help to ward off colds and flu which I normally don't get when others around me do. I have been using this product for several years.

My husband and I have been using this product for years and now today I am buying the Centrum Sliver for Men, and also for Women. We will try these since we are getting older. Centrum is a great product no problems.

My husband and have taken these for a couple of years. It is a reasonably priced supplement that has the vitamin and mineral content we were wanting. We are both healthy senior citizens who eat a healthy diet, but take a vitamin mineral supplement as insurance. We have no complaints with this product.
Suggested Use: Adults - One tablet daily with food. Not formulated for use in children. As with any supplement, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, contact your healthcare professional.
