I have been taking Centrum on and off for about five years now. It's good to see they finally have added some more B-Vitamins, but they still have a long way to go to keep up with today's increased requirements. Vitamin D3 should have at least 1000 IU, and they should have Lutein and Lycopene in all of their different varieties of Multivitamins. An iron- free option would be nice for men who do not require it. Also, Centrum should offer a capsule form for those who would like their vitamins better absorbed. Overall, I like Centrum because it gives me a good basic multi to build on, but lacks high enough doses for active individuals.
