You would think a multi designed just for women would have that. Other than the calcium issue, I love this. It's gentle on my super sensitive stomach and I have no issue with the size of the pill itself. I def. noticed I started feeling better after taking these for a few days, assuming I was low on iron or another vitamin. I like how you only have to take 1/day as well. Will def. keep buying. So it is definitely a plus for me. Maybe the next time I'm pregnant I'll be able to take these instead of the kids vitamins! Pros
