Use for sensitive face, when burning and itchy. Recommended by my doctor to replace all facial soap products to restore facial marks and clear up blotchy textures and discoloration. It is very creamy, almost oily when applied. Rinse before and after, massage in for a minute or so. I let my face air dry for better effects for cleanser to work.

I had high hopes for this as I have used their moisturizing lotion, but after a couple weeks of using this once daily, I developed dry patches on my forehead and cheek that quickly became itchy. I have normal to dry skin. Going back to Cetaphil.

I like this product. I use it at night time, wait 30 minutes, then put on some Retinol-A, wait another 30, and finish with unrefined virgin coconut oil (if you don't know about coconut oil then look it up - it has amazing health, skin and hair benefits). I like this product because it doesn't feel like it's literally stripping away all the good oils that my face is producing throughout the day, yet still leaves me feeling clean. Someone mentioned on here that you have to use a lot for it to go a long way - I disagree. The trick is once you squeeze some out of the bottle, do not rub it around in your hands first. Squeeze some out on your fingertips and apply it to your face. Repeat as necessary, but you shouldn't need more than two pumps honestly. That's all I use. You're not putting on a face mask here. Since using this product, I've noticed less breakouts, less drying, an even tone, and a sorta "glow." Highly recommend.

Works great, skin feels soft and clean. I do use a wash cloth to remove eye make-up. Good price for an effective and gentle cleanser for my aging skin.

I'd been using the regular CeraVe facial cleanser, changed to this for colder, dryer weather. It was a little weird at first - it's a cream cleanser, not a foaming type. But it's eliminated tightness from my face and is helping with my dry hands. It's my new face and hand soap, year-round.
