I have extremely sensitive and acne-prone skin and this is the only moisturizer that works for me. It does not irritate and it does not break me out. I use this on my face because I have tried every moisturizer out there and nothing worked for me. They were either too heavy and greasy, or they were so light and ineffective that it would do nothing for me. Others would clog my pores or cause irritation. This lotion is wonderful. I will never use anything else. I use acne treatments on my face so they can reallly leave my face pretty dried out, but this lotion works so well, I can't say enough about it. My face has transformed. It feels so soft and looks so much healthier. I use it after washing my face at night and I use it under my foundation in the morning. My foundation goes on so smoothly. Highly recommended!!!!

I may use it on other parts of my skin though. Not just face. As to the person that said they use on their hair and it doesn't make it look greasy, well, I'd thought I'd do that since I wasn't going to be using this anymore. Well, it makes my hair look very oily. Oh, this also makes my face look like i put gobs of lotion on.aka too shiny.
It's meh, I guess as good as other lotions that cost a lot. They all seem to do the samething, not moisturize as well, and clog pores.
At least Complex 15 moisturize as well and doesn't clog pores.

I have used a number of different creams and lotions. This is the only lotion that actually eliminated the red patchy skin I get every winter on my elbows and around my knees and on my buttocks. I have had this problem for years and tried everything including cortisone cream. Nothing helped. I began using Cera Ve because I read about it and that it was different in how the skin absorbed it. I am totally amazed that the red patches have disappeared! Yes, it is loose and you have to use it sparingly. I emulsify it between my hands and apply it lightly and massage it until it disappears into my skin, which it will do. Don't use too much of it. You do not need to coat the area heavily.

Use day and night for dry skin, eczema,posariasis,. Relieves itching too. Soaks in well, non greasy. I do not notice much smell of any CeraVe products. The pm farce lotion does not bother my rosacea.

This lotion seems to be too light , not enough moisture. Absorbs well though and no mineral oil. But has parabens, which is not good for you. May God bless you all.

I decided to purchase the Lotion instead of CeraVe cream because I already have a very good night moisturizer, but still I want to try something a little bit lighter for spring and summer. The Lotion is really watery when I pump a usual amount onto my balm. It appears watery as well on my face, but will get thicken after "2-minutes of blending". I don't prefer blending a moisturizer that long. My skin feels really oily when I just apply it. About hydration, the product is OK, but not that superior. I hope the CeraVe Cream does have a better consistency
