This works well on odors, although he doesn't apply it directly to the rest of his body, it doesn't seem to aggravate his skin when he's rinsing off. It does have a little fragrance and although he usually doesn't tolerate added fragrances, it doesn't seem to make his condition worse. I would recommend it for odor control only for anyone with skin ailments as I can see how it would be a little drying if applied to the entire body. This is the only soap I have found that will not aggravate my skin. It leaves my skin feeling soft and clean, with only a mild scent. I highly recommend it. The soap worked great for his acne and left his skin super- soft. I soon began using it too for my dry skin and it is terrific for my whole body.
