This works well on odors, although he doesn't apply it directly to the rest of his body, it doesn't seem to aggravate his skin when he's rinsing off. It does have a little fragrance and although he usually doesn't tolerate added fragrances, it doesn't seem to make his condition worse. I would recommend it for odor control only for anyone with skin ailments as I can see how it would be a little drying if applied to the entire body.
