The only products that don't are from the Cetaphil line. Even CeraVe cleansers and moisturizers burn on my face. I've been using the Cetaphil cream as a face cream for many years, but I recently tried this lotion on my face, because I wanted to see if it's "24 hour hydration and protection" would help with winter dryness. It sure does! Who knew that a [$] drugstore lotion could be the most luxurious-feeling skincream ever? This lotion softens and smoothes and leaves a sort of protective "barrier" on skin that's so soothing and healing. It really does keep my skin feel protected from shower to shower, and it makes my skin look young and healthy. On the face this is best as "night cream" because it's too heavy to wear beneath makeup, but it does wonderful things for my skin as I sleep. My facial skin looks supple and feels firm and soft in the morning. At this price I can't go wrong! VS Most Liked Negative Review sticky My 13 year old son uses this product as directed by his dermatologist but he says it feels sticky throughout the day. I have not noticed that it has helped his dry skin much. My 13 year old son uses this product as directed by his dermatologist but he says it feels sticky throughout the day. Comments about Cetaphil DailyAdvance Ultra Hydrating Lotion For Dry, Sensitive Skin, 8 oz: I use this over my retinol product at night, to minimize dryness - works great. Others have caused me to break out, but this one does not. It's a big tube, so will last forever and also useful as a light moisturizer on other body parts. Comments about Cetaphil DailyAdvance Ultra Hydrating Lotion For Dry, Sensitive Skin, 8 oz: This was recommeded to me by my dermatologist after I had a chemical peel. I was also recommeded the Gentle Skin Cleanser by Cetephil. My doctor recommeded that I used this in places that my skin (on my face) was peeling. When I bought the full size bottle I assumed that it was a body lotion (and it might be). But I used it on my face like my doctor directed. The lotion goes on smoothly and is very soothing on the skin. There is no fragrance and it absorbs quickly. I love this moisterizer! It is a great multi-tasking product because it is moisterizing enought to use on your body and light enough to use on your face. You don't need to use a lot to get great results, so the bottle will last a long time and it is very affordable. Comments about Cetaphil DailyAdvance Ultra Hydrating Lotion For Dry, Sensitive Skin, 8 oz: I use the cetaphil cream in a jar but i found it to be a bit too heavy/greasy for the summer. i bought this since it is in lotion form and claimed to still work on really dry skin and it DOES. i have really dark rough patches on my knees and they have slowly (but surely) gone away! theyre still a bit dark but not as much as before and they aren't rough! not even at the end of the day! i use every morning after my shower and i really work it into my dry parts (elbows, knees, heels, and the eczema on my right hand) and i'm good! i don't know if cetaphil is taking this off the market or if everyone is catching on b/c i've had some trouble locating bottles of this lately. PLEASE KEEP MAKING THIS PRODUCT!!!! its the only thing that's worked for me and i've tried it ALL Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend (3 of 3 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful?
