It leaves your lips feeling moisturized, smooth, and not waxy. My lips are very sensitive especially to lip balms with SPF. This lip balm contains natural oils and it is non-scented. I have tried Carmex, it has a very pungent medicinal scent and creates a waxing numbing feeling. After a few weeks of use it created redness around the corner of my lips and made my lips peel a lot. I've also tried Burt's Bees and my lips broke out into a rash. I'm completely loyal to this product, I've purchased 5 of them at once since they don't carry it in drugstores anymore. They hurt were pealing, overall nasty. I got this chapstick and wow did it make a difference. My lips were 99% healed after 2 days of wear, and a good 75% healed after just the first day. This does the trick. Also it is not wazy or sticky like many chapsticks. The only negative, it does not last long so you have to reapply often. After using this, I can't find anything that's more effective, and does it all while being safe and natural. I HATE petroleum, waxy, artificial junk products that dominate the mainstream beauty and cosmetic industry... so anything that natural, effective, with no undesirable side effects or inconveniences is a winner in my book. It has done for lip balm seekers what Bare Minerals has done for natural make-up users/seekers has done. I hope they NEVER stop making this product. I was concerned when I no longer could find this at common health and beauty stores.... I hope that doesn't mean this product with be discontinued. Keep listening to the consumers rave, or complain about other products, and don't stop demanding the best for ourselves! Comments about ChapStick 100% Naturals Lip Butter, .15 oz: I got grossed out watching a show about petroleum jelly and now refuse to put any product containing it on my lips. I have lips that are constantly peeling, never have figured out why, so I use tons of lip balm. I've tried several brands that are "natural", Burt's Bees, EOS... and they were ok. But when I tried the Lip Butter I just fell in love. It lasts on your lips for a long time, has a very light scent, and doesn't taste bad. I've also tried the Tropical Medley version, but I didn't like it as much. It seemed hard and didn't last as long. I highly recommend that everyone try this product, you'll be a buyer for life!
