I have chronically dry lips and I am always on the hunt for effective lip products that will heal chapping and impart moisture. This product sits on top of my slips and adds shinem, not moisture. The formula is not absorbed and wears away through talking, sipping, eating, etc. If you want superficial shine, this is acceptable. If you want to sooth or heal raw, irritated or chapped lips, I would not recommend this product-especially for the price.

I have been using this chapstick for 10+ years and have scoured drugstores to look for this item specifically. It is NOT for cold sores, but for dry and chapped lips. Handy applicator, I always have one in my bag and one in my jacket pocket. What I like is that its lightweight, not greasy and not sticky, and not sweet. It has no flavor. Price is great too! I normally buy 2 or 3 and keep them handy.

I love this product. I wear it alone or over lipstick. I can't find it in stores, so I'm grateful drugstore.com carries it.

Ths is the best product I have found for continually keeping my lips moist. It's easy to apply and works well either over or under lipstick.

I use this product over my lipstick to make my lips moist. I also use it at the beach to protect my lips from sun damage. It doesn't have an offensive taste or flavor which is very important to me. It's a shame that I can only find it on drugstore.com, but thank goodness for that!!

I can keep this in my car because with it's screw on top, it won't melt all over like the stick type can. It is light and does need reapplying often, but it does what I need it to do while driving. I love the feel, smell and find it very healing.

Easy to carry, easy to use, much prefer the vaseline base to the waxy base of other lip balms.

Just like the stick version, this moisturizes, but has a nice slant applicator. Glossier than the traditional balm as well. Similar tom the overnight chapstick but with spf. The only issue is that it wears off quickly so reapplying is like every 10 minutes for me co's I have dry lips.
