I really wanted a CHI flat iron but didn't want to spend the $$$ to get a full sized one. This little guy does the job just fine! The one issue (or hiccup) is that sometimes when you are trying to close the iron on to your hair, it gets stuck and won't close completely. You have to force it closed. I think it's an issue with the spring. But the actual iron is fantastic!
