This is a great smelling product. I like how it hydrates and protects against heat damage. The only con is that it can be a little too heavy. I have very fine hair and if I leave it on even slightly too long it weighs my hair down.

I would recommend this to my friends because It is a great quality product.

I have very fine, straight hair that doesn't hold a curl. At first I thought this was too greasy, but when used liberally on wet hair and then blow dry and use a curling iron, my hair is very smooth with no fly-aways. Kind of pricey but lasts a long time.

All i can say is this product is a must have! I love love love the scent and it makes my long, dry hair feel like a pile of silk! Perfect for anyone looking for a deep conditioner, or a product to add silky shine!

Leave this conditioner on for 10 minutes before rinsing out. It leaves your hair easy to manage, smelling wonderful, and with lots of volume in it. Although this is a pricey product, it is absolutely the best conditioner I've ever used!

unlike regular conditioner, it is very light, no residue feeling after rinsing. helps tame my thick, wavy, unruly hair. not too expensive, great value

Starting the week after coloring my hair, after shampooing rinse well and add Chi leaving in for in my hair for appx. 15 mins; rinse with warm water, then run cool water through my hair as I finish making it shine. The results are instant, leaving hair soft, easier to manage, with no fly away look. I live in a humid environment and this product even helps with the frizzies.

Although the directions on the back of the bottle don't mention it, it's best to both shampoo AND condition your hair BEFORE using this product. Otherwise it can leave hair dry - it's more of a weekly treatment than it is an everyday conditioner. And it that capacity, it works AMAZINGLY and smells awesome.

This product was not an effective moisturizer for my fine, dry hair. Also, my hair was difficult to comb through after using it.
