I love this product. This great for a light once over on your CLEAN hair right before using any hot tools. It adds a little thermal protection, great shine and softens the hair. A light misting goes a long way, so use SPARINGLY to avoid the greasy look. I wish it came in a bigger bottle just because I love it so much.
FYI, this product is NOT to be confused with a holding spray. This is exactly what is says: a shine infusion thermal protecting spray.

Although I am sure this product is great for someone with damaged or heavy hair, it is not ideal for me. I have sprayed it on after styling a few times, but found that the style did not hold after that and when I tried to comb it through it collapsed the hair down and it looked greasy.... So, will only use it for special occasions when I want super shine and not touch it.

The best shine product on the market. Does work BEST if you use it along with all of the other CHI products, such as shampoo, conditioner, texture spray, etc.

I have tried SO many shine sprays - every drugstore brand and every salon brand. A friend used this on my hair just once and I was hooked. It doesn't have the chemical smell that so many sprays have - I loooove the smell! It's not overpowering, but it does smell amazing. It makes my course curly hair so glossy and soft - and NOT AT ALL sticky, heavy, or oily. It's flawless.

I have naturally curly hair that I like to wear both curly/wavy and sometimes blow out. I usually ALWAYS use the blow dryer to some degree - even to smooth areas around my face. This product really works well to protect from heat AND add shine and defrizz. I have tried a LOT of different products and this one is best in terms of NON STICKY, easy to apply (use sparingly otherwise MIGHT look a bit greasy - you do not need much) and smells fresh.

I generally apply it on wet hair when out of the shower, section off hair to dry it, then add more where needed. If I am not washing my hair that day I will use it to freshen wave or curl by spraying some on my hair ends and twisting my hair to help smooth and define - plus add shine. I definately recommend it.

I don't love the small like I do the smooth infusion and I do not like the big product cloud you have to breath when you spray it.

I just want to say although I am not usually one to write a review, I did not agree with the other users. I do think it improves the feel of your hair but the smell is nothing to write home about. It isn't bad, but it isn't good. I have very thick hair and it gets put to the test every day, this does make it a bit softer. I think I would buy it again for feel but not for smell.

I love this spray! It smells amazing and really adds shine, as well as getting rid of frizz and flyaways. Use a little bit at a time, because if you pile it on it will weigh down your hair. It makes your hair feel softer and doesn't leave any sticky or stiff residue. I will definitely continue to use this product.
