My son take 6-8 a day. He is a picky eater and I thought for sure he would resist taking these but he didnt.

I bought these for my small kids, every day she takes 4, and like it! The ChildLife is easy to use!

This ChildLife brand, however, is very good. If you buy these for your kids after seeing "Berry flavored" and "Chewable," like I did, you will like it!

The only thing I seem to have in common with the previous reviewer is that I too am a 'mom in NY' and i work in the medical field- as a certified medical assistant...but we have no complaints about the 'berry marbles' as my son calls them. He has been taking them for a few months- he's nine years old, today.
He takes 3 in the morning and 3 at night...and he loves them! He chews them up with a 'yum'. I have tried them- when bitten the oil does pop out and you can taste a bit of fish with the berry flavor...but they are EASILY swallowed to avoid that if preferred (it says on the bottle "can be chewed or swallowed")!
The benefits I have seen in my son far out weigh NOT taking them. Other brands are not as 'pure' and/or of the same quality. These have no artificial flavorings or sweeteners either.
After taking these supplements for about 4-5 weeks I noticed my sons focus and attention improve dramatically. I had never seen him read a book without having to for school- he was reading for pleasure, during summer no less!
I started my 6 year old on them and have since recommended them to friends for their kids....all these kids like the 'berry marbles' and we like the results of the kids taking them!

I bought these for my kids in addition to another brand of chewable fish oil supplement. The other brand was good--a gummie bear with a pretty decent taste that my small kids didn't wince at.

This ChildLife brand, however, is horrible. If you buy these for your kids after seeing "Berry flavored" and "Chewable," like I did, be prepared for your kids to wretch. I tried one, to see how bad they were, and even I wanted to spit it out--but once the taste is in your mouth, you can't get it out. They taste like rancid fish. There is a tiny smidge of a berry flavor on the outer coating of the little, spherical gel tabs, and once you bite down and pop the coating, the fish oil coats your mouth. And trust me, it tastes like old fish. They're so bad that I sat down to write this review within minutes of giving them to my kids. Yes...that bad.
