I think this product is useful in helping with night hot flashes but it has an odor that permeates my pillow. I love the coolness but can't get beyond the chemical odor.

husband has night sweat - chillow has helped A LOT.
husband is considering getting the canine versions so they are larger and he can put them under mattress pad.

Doesnt seem to last as long (all night) or hold the water (you have to refill every so often) as long as packaging says but if your spouse or youself has sweats (as in soak bed, cant lay next to them because they are wet, and lets be honest they STINK) this is helping.

I got the Chillow for my sister for Christmas because she said her face is always hot when she sleeps - she's been using it about a week now and absolutely loves it! The continuous coolness it provides throughout the night has enabled her to sleep better. Note: it is not cold, just cool, but according to her does the trick!

Not quite what I expected. It is heavy and must be put in a flat thin pillow or it will topple the pillow over. However, in the summer in Florida it will probably be great and anything detrimental can be forgiven.

This is great to have inside your pillowcase or just within reach while you are sleeping. It stays cold for quite a while and cools off quickly if you do "warm" it up.
My first one lasted about 4 years and the only bad thing about it was the padding inside would move around and it was hard to get it to lay flat again. I haven't used this new one yet and I'm hoping that this one is just as wonderful as my last.

The Chillow was not at all what I thought it would be...it is hard and wrinkly...all of which can be readily felt through the pillow case. I tend to crunch up my pillow, when sleeping, cannot be done with the Chillow....for me it is a total waste of money and once you fill it with water...it has to be stored , flat...I will probably throw it away!

I heard about chill pillow from Dr. Oz. I use it at night to try and combat these miserable hot flashes and I have to say it does what it says and it does help.

I bought two and just gave one to a friend of mine who was complaining of similar night problems.

I wanted something to cool my face at night. I hate having a 'hot' pillow. This product works for awhile...not all night. For the price paid and the clumsiness of the product, I'm not impressed. The pad inside should have been sealed at the sides, also. It slides around in there. I bought one for my sister, too, for a christmas gift, now I'm sorry I did. The heaviness of the product, as well as the smell of the plastic is not good either.
