It slides all over the place & I did put a pillowcase over it & on top of my pillow....to no avail. I don't like sleeping on vinyl either. By morning, it was all "bunched up" terrably. I followed instructions for bunching & it still stayed bunched up. I redid it again & again..to no avail. No matter what I do, the stuff in it stays bunched. Cons Best Uses Comments about Chillow Comfort Device, 1 ea: Was very hesitant to purchase this, didnt know much about this just took the chance. Its not bad at all, it keeps me cool at night. Only thing is I wish it was a lil bigger its more small/med sized, so of you stick it in a bigger pillow it might move around within the pillow case.

Comments about Chillow Comfort Device, 1 ea: I have Roseacea-need the cooling on my face so I don't get all red. My last Chillow lasted more than 3 years. I think I just wear them out. I CANNOT sleep without it. When I travel I used to empty it and take it with me but now I have one just for travel and one that stays home. I think the travel is what wears them out. We'll see tho!
