I love my Chillow! I've had mine for almost 6 months and haven't had any problems at all. I have 4 on the bed for my husband and me. The Chillow definitely made the 100-degree summer bearable. For me, it's made the difference between being able to sleep comfortably and being hot and uncomfortable the entire night. I'd recommend it!

The concept is great, but NOT as satisfying as expected. Plus, the littlest thing can easily puncture the plastic cover - which lets air in and leaks water out, rendering it useless!! Not Recommended.

Sorry, at first I loved it, so much so that we ended up purchasing three of them--one for each of us in the family. I overlooked the weird smell of the plastic cover and the heaviness of it (think VERY wet diaper) because I enjoyed it on the few nights in Seattle when I couldn't get to sleep because of the heat. My husband and son didn't find the smell offensive.
Unfortunately, even though we followed all of the directions one sprung a leak. Not long after that we opened up one of them (about 6 months after purchase) to find it full of mildew. YUCK! All three of them went into the trash.
Good idea, but needs some work.

Forget this product. As a pillow, it's terrible. What the advertising doesn't say is that you must fill it with 10 cups of water! And that it's basically a big flat plastic covered sponge. After inserting it under your pillowcase, it makes your pillow useless. It's firm and too heavy. So, you might as well wet down a bunch of towels and place them in a plastic bag. That's about the experience you get. Not at all the soft fluffy pillow you have now. Do not waste your money.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. We recently moved and I found it in the back of our closet. I'm 6 months pregnant and have horrible back pains so I thought this would be great! Well I was wrong. I followed all the directions. After about a half hour of use the Chillow sprung a leak in one of the seams. Needless to say it ended up in the trash. It was just a waste of money.

The CHILLOW rocks. I had mine over 6 months without a problem until one day I left it out and my cat punctured it. That was my fault, not the Chillow. I have recommended it to everyone I can. Buy it for your husband; he'll thank you for it.

This pillow is awesome. I've had it for about 6 months now, and have had very few problems with it. It all depends on how you lay on it.
If you lay you torso on it while you sleep, your movements may cause it to wrinkle up when you wake up the next morning; it's not as bad as some people make it sound. Just pick it up on one end and sway it a little to let the water flow straighten it out. If you place it on a soft cushioned surface, like your pillow or couch, you'll put more stress on the seams, since it is stretching/bending more.
I don't do that so my Chillow is still like new. I usually place it underneath the flat bed sheet so that it isn't too cold against my face as I fall asleep, and it always stays flat. The Chillow keeps me cool long enough for me to fall asleep, which is a few hours. Awakened, the Chillow is warmed to my body's natural temperature, not ever hotter.
Excellent and very innovative. Highly recommended.

Good idea - bad product design. I bought the Chillow for my son who is a very hot sleeper. His did leak at about 1 year of constant use. They need address the leaking issue before I will purchase another one.

My Chillow hasn't leaked after several weeks of use, especially surprising since I SIT on it. I have pain when I sit, and it eases the pain. Just read a review that referred to cooling sunburn. Good idea!
