It slides all over the place & I did put a pillowcase over it & on top of my pillow....to no avail. I don't like sleeping on vinyl either. By morning, it was all "bunched up" terrably. I followed instructions for bunching & it still stayed bunched up. I redid it again & again..to no avail. No matter what I do, the stuff in it stays bunched. However, when placed on my pillow, it is so heavy it smashes the loft of the down in my pillow. If you are a restless sleeper or change position throughout the night, the Chillow can bunch up inside the case and require repositioning. Service and delivery comments: Delivery was lightening fast. It starts out very cool and comfortable, but by the end of the sleeping period it has either moved to a different place than where my head it, and it seems warm, not cool as it started out. Still for the falling to sleep, I definitely recommend it. Pros
