This was very easy to set up, although I kept squishing water all over. Once all the air is out, it chills up pretty quick. I use it to keep me cool while sleeping due to hot flashes. I find right now, it's not quite warm enough to lay on, so I keep it to the side of me & while I'm sleeping & a flash comes on, I just roll over without waking up. Sometimes I just lean on it. My only complaint is that I wish the chill lasted all night.

I bought this after getting tired of not being able to cuddle with my husband due to night sweats. It took more than the 4 hours the directions says it should take to "charge up" but when I was ready for bed, it was ready for me. The smell of the rubber is strong, but if you put it in your pillow case, I hardly noticed it. I did wake up about 4 hours later to it being a bit bunched up and warm, but another 4 hours later, it was cooled back down. Let the air back into it, repeat the vacuum process, and it's flat again. Small inconvenience to be able to fall asleep quickly and coolly!

For anybody whose sleeps hot, meaning you prefer a cooler pillow for your face ---- this is the product! I put my chillow in the refrigerator 3 hours before bedtime. It keeps my face cool for hours. I even bought 2, so I could alternate them during the night. Crazy? yes. But I get a good night's sleep.

I use it when I lay down to sleep. After a few hours, I wake up and try to go back to sleep, it isn't cool any longer. It has to regenerate.

It is so easy to get to sleep when you are cool. I couldn't find this product and bought something similar and there was no comparison This stays cool all night. I took the other product back the next day.

I feel so much better when I lay on the Chillow that I go to sleep faster. Following the directions exactly, no problems. Every morning it is warm, I smooth it out and lay it flat and it is cool by evening. It is so wonderful for a good night sleep!

I use this chillow every night. It helps me with my migraines & other headaches. It is cool & stays that way most of the night. I put it on my pillow & sleep on my side & it cools my head & neck. It helps take a lot of the headache pain away in just a few minutes so I can sleep. I' glad my mom bought this as a gift for me.
