With the ChillowPlus, I lay down and never have to readjust. It stays cool long enough for me to fall asleep, then I don't need it anymore. Unlike the Chillow, the ChillowPlus is comfortable enough to keep in the pillow all night even when it isn't cool anymore. With the Chillow, I would wake up and pull it off of the bed. The real reason I purchased a ChillowPlus was because my Chillow formed a hole and leaked all over. I woke up in a pool of water! I wonder about the durability, but the ChillowPlus seems much softer than the original Chillow so it may last longer. I used the Chillow for about 6 months before the hole formed, so I hope the ChillowPlus is better. It is worth trying. I sleep much better with the ChillowPlus! It slips all over my pillow so I end up with a wadded up Chillow. It seems to warm up more quickly and is totally warm by 2 or 3 AM, just when I am searching for and need a cool spot. The directions are less clear than ever before and the little sticky pads to hold the Chillow in place are totally ineffective. I have also used it when I have a tension headache. It is very soothing and usually takes away my headache! I recommend this product. Pros

It was a little time consuming to get it ready to use (over 4 hrs) I wanted it to use on my pillow to keep me cool all night. When you first lay on it it is very cool but I still wake up in the middle of the night and the ChillowPlus is warm. For the price not worth it for this use. Pros

I cannot be without this product I own 2 and travel with it as well. It completely retains the cold and really makes a difference personally. Also because I use it underneath my head I feel it sends signals throughout the body to remain cooler. I sometimes use the second one underneath my back for aches and pains as well. It is very flexible so it can mold easily around different areas. Remember to store in a a cool dark environment. If you want to cool down instantly get this pillow!!! Pros

I bought 2 so I could switch off during the night on a bad night. You could lay it length wise and cool your back also. I've heard people complain about a chemical smell when it's first purchased. That goes away completely in a matter of a couple days. I just purchased 2 more for our up north house. Wouldn't be without my chillow pillows! Pros
