the way i pick a color isnt to suit my mood or match my clothes. what i do is hold it up against my face and make sure it looks good against my coloring..skin, eyes and hair. this one i start in the middle of my nails and then saturate the corners. this is a fun, brite, neon turquise blue. it applies easily in 2 lite coats. i then use seche vite fast dry topcoat to quicken drying time and bring out more shine.
