Fasten the alarm unit to the outside neckline, on the bed-side or around the arm with optional armband accessory (sold separately). Place the mat on the bed. Ensure that the mat top (printed surface) faces upwards. Secure the mat by pinning to the bed.
How it works:
As urination begins, the mat detects the first drop of urine and sends a signal to the alarm, which then goes off to wake the child.
By waking the child the moment urination starts Chummie teaches the child's brain a connection between the bladder's full signal and waking.
Now awake, the child goes to the bathroom to finish urinating.
