I stopped taking Caltrate because it bothered my stomach. My husband read about Citrical, that it was easy on the stomach. I've been taking 4 caplets a day for several months and it does not bother my stomach at all.

I have had Rheumatoid arthritis for 10 years. The past 6 months my middle back has begun to ache.
