I tried taking different brands and types of calcium on and off, but they always seemed to make me feel sick to my stomach afterward. Citrical Petites is a great supplement, no sickness, can take with or without food. I take one in the morning with coffee and one with dinner. It's a great product I would recommend to anyone concerned with maintaining good bone health. Until my doctor recommended Citrical Petites, I was skipping daily doses because of the difficulty I had swallowing large pills and feeling sick to my stomach if not taken with food. I take 3 Citrical Petites together each morning and 2 each night. They work for me and have no side effects. I have recommended them to several others who also think they are great!
