I use it twice a day. It tastes better than any other calcium chewable I have tried. It also has vitamin D, which my Dr says I need.

I have always hated taking my calcium because the pills are so big and hard to swallow. This is easy and it taste really good. Great way to get your calcium without choking down a horse pill. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I take these chewies in the evening as I have always taken my calcium + vit.D.. I really like these as they sometimes cure my 'sweet tooth' for a snack after dinner or later. They taste good and for me, are easier to digest than some of the horse-pills I have tried to take for my calcium supplement.

It said they were gummies but thats what Id call them. I really expected them to be actual gummies but they are not at all what I felt they should be.They are very very thick and not pleasant at all and now Im stuck with a whole jar I dont want and will not take again or recommend.

Its a great thing to take because its easier to absorb in my system. Its better to take than pills of any type. I take two a day before or after meals.You cant go wrong with this type of product.

This supplement tastes great, but it definitely has too much sugar in it for my liking. I've had similar vitamins that usually use Xylitol, but the first two ingredients are corn syrup and sucrose. Other than that, it's an easy to take, convenient supplement!

As a new mom, I have a very hard time remembering to take my vitamins (or much of anything these days), but because these taste like a little sweet treat, I do remember. I like that it also includes my daily recommended Vitamin D. I would have given it 5 stars if the first ingredient wasn't corn syrup. Would recommend to anyone who has a hard time with pills.
