One of my good friends recommended that I try the clarisonic because she said it changed her life. I was a little skeptical at first because I am not a huge skin care buff or anything so ive never purchased anything like this before.... By I'm really glad I did!!! It comes with a cleanser in the box but it's kind of stinky and I didn't really like it. I use aquamarina from lush which is for sensitive skin and it works great. Also you should definitely get the sensitive brush head if you have any sensitivities at all such as dryness or your skin is easily irritated. The regular brush is a little harsh, especially on your cheeks. Follow the instructions! 20 seconds on the forehead, 10 seconds on each cheek, 20 seconds on nose/chin. Any more than that is too much and will dry out your skin and possibly tear it up. The only thing that sucks and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that it makes you break out a little at first because it's pulling up all the griminess from underneath. I've never had problem skin before so this freaked me out. It's just small little patches here and there nothing super noticeable... But keep using it and they will eventually stop. Also don't use it more than once a day .. It can make your face sore! If you think it's too much for you try using it every other day. :) overall an amazing product!!!

Not too many instructions on how to use which is nice. Not much upkeep just throw it on the charger when its needs re-charging, also that it is water proof so you can bring it in the shower with you. I would like to see either more promotions or added extras for the price.

this is amazing stuff. 2 weeks into using the MIA, i see a significant improvement in softness of my skin. pores became sooo much smaller! however, first week i had minor outbreak, probably purging? but nothing that concealors can't cover. thereafter, AWESOMENESS!

I've only had the Clarisonic for a few weeks. It's okay. Not riveting, at least not yet. The instructions are mostly clear (unclear on: "Keep the brush flush to your face"; they should use a different word). The device is easy to use and clean. I like the 60 second facial cleaning. I have not yet used the product w/the cleanser that comes with it. I'm using an Aveeno gentle facial cleanser.
