For the first three weeks using the Clarisonic, I noticed an increase in breakouts (sort of when I had cystic acne in my 20's). I went on the web and read reviews where other people said they experienced the same thing so I stuck with it. I think it brings all the "gunk" to the surface. I now use it everyday, twice a day and it definitely has made a difference. My skin feels so much cleaner and softer. I may break out occasionally, nothing major...probably more hormonal at this point. One suggestion is to wash your face prior to using the Clarisonic (just fingers and cleanser) to get off any make-up to keep the brush in good clean condition.

I do not use the cleansing products by Clarisonic, I use my own, but the machine itself is easy to use. Skin texture results are immediate, even after your first use I would also say, if you appear to have a little more breakouts after using this in the beginning, I think it is a natural thing to happen as you are raising the grime to the top of the skin. My pores are cleaned out nicely, not sure if they are "smaller appearing" yet, but time will tell. It appears this unit will last more or less forever the way it is constructed.

Thus far I think it is an expense worth saving your dollars and splurging for... celebrate your skin, no matter what age you are!

I was always known for having great skin......until after I had my baby. I was left with a face full of acne for a year after I had my first born. I was desperate to find something that cleared up my acne, when someone at work recommended this product. I have not had one zit since using this product, which has been about four months!!!!

I've been using this product for 3 months:

This is truly the best skincare purchase I've ever made and that statement means a lot because I have spent lots of money on my search for the fountain of youth. I want my 30-year old skin to look like this for the next 30 years so I am trying to prevent aging.

It does take a few weeks for this product to clean out all clogged pores and dirt, so be aware you may break out at first. You will still notice a difference immediately, my skin was softer and cleaner. After the initial cleansing time, it just gets better. My skin is so soft and my pores are non-existent. I will be buying one of these for my mother and sister.

I was dubious about a facial brush with such a high cost, but based on the many reviews plus an aestetician at my dermatologist's office, I decided to splurge and am I happy that I did!

First of all, most of the beauty "gadgets" require that you plan specific time to use them and then find the time and follow through on your plan, with the result that a lot of things go unused. This just sits on your counter top in its charger, like your toothbrush. When you wash your face, you just pick it up and use it as you would normally wash your face.

It has left my skin much, much clearer and as I have little "bumps" left from keratosis pilaris, this has really helped clear them up. The only other alternative, besides constant dermabrasion was have the dermatologist lance and extract them which would have left scars.

It also has helped with fine lines.

All in all, my skin is clearer and actually has more color than before.

I just love it and don't mind having to buy new brushes every few months. They're really worth it!

I got this after a friend bought one and was raving about it. I had a hard time believing it could be so great but she's hard to please so I caved. When I read the directions I couldn't believe it was going to do all it said in 1 minute. 10 seconds on each cheek? Impossible. Well this thing is amazing. After 1 minute my skin felt instantly cleaner and it was so soft and not tight (even before lotion). I have really sensitive skin and even if I put my chin in my hand you can see redness where my hand was when I pull it away. Zero negative reaction with this thing. My skin has never felt softer or felt cleaner. But the best thing, which I never expected, was that it is finally helping the disgusting clogged pores on my nose. They have been there forever no matter what I do - facials, medication, peels - nothing worked. My nose is about 75% improved and the oily mess that would pop up 10 minutes after cleaning my face now takes hours to form again. I always had to blot my face throughout the day but I think I did it once yesterday. My boyfriend has a nose worse than I do (I guess that's how we found each other cause who else would have us) and after ONE cleaning I saw a difference.

The only thing I do differently than the directions advise is to use it longer. I have a bad habit of thinking that if a little is good then a lot must be great! It is so gentle that I can't really see a reason not to. Buy it you will not regret it.

I was dreaming to have this, and when I received the 20%off don't hesitate to buy it. It is all that I expected, you can see after you think you removed you makeup (I remove all my makeup before use it to avoid stains on the brush)all kind of colors you put in the morning on your face in the brush!! Then I can see and feel my face clean and prepare for treatment(day or night ones).Absolubly worth the expence!!!!
