I use this every day during allergy season(s) AND have found that if I use it a few days before, during, and a few days following a trip to anywhere I am not subjected to the irritations that changes in altitude/air quality, etc can give me.

I have numerous allergies that mostly effect my eyes causing redness & eyelid swelling. Claritin is the only thing that works for me for this condition.

I had been taking prescription allergy medication since I was 8 up until my freshman year of high school.(I'm 19 now) I had to discontinue my prescription because my family could no longer afford it. I had to cope with using over-the-counter medication that never truly worked for me. They would only soften the symptoms a bit but I was used to the constant allergies so I accepted it as an everyday thing. My eczema was the real problem, after all. Then about 2-3 years ago my brother gave me one of his Claritin Redi Tab's that he would keep in his car. It is now the only allergy medicine that I ever use. It works almost immediately and it lasts a very long time. I use it at the first sign of an allergy attack and it makes me feel as if I don't suffer from allergies at all! This is an amazing product and I highly recommend it.

The Redi-Tabs work well on the go since the tablet dissolves in the mouth. There is a mint flavor to them. I've been taking Claritin about 10 years. For the most part, it works well; however, it does cause dry mouth for me.

really worked for my kids and friends kids, pollen count has been hovering between 10-11.5 out of 12 for past 3 weeks. my little one was really irritated, sneezing, itchy eyes - children's claritin helped on 1st try. friend came over and her son was pitching a huge fit she said he might have a cold but its only been his nose running. i said maybe its allergies want to try claritin? she took one and called the next morning to say i have to get more he was a different person after taking it.

I tried Claritin out of desperation - my itchy allergy eyes and nose were driving me crazy. Claritin did reduce my symptoms with absolutely no drowsiness. But it did not alleviate my symptoms. Honestly, I expected better. I have severe allergies, maybe someone with less severe problems would have better results. I am back to homeopathic remedies to reduce my allergies since I tried the "less safe" commercial method and it did not work. The reditabs were super easy to take - I took them on my way to work. The taste was fine and there was no need for water afterwards. They were extremely convenient and the price wasn't bad either.

my doctor had had me to start with allergy meds,but he told me to switch every 3 weeks or my body would become ammune to the med and stop working.SO He suggested claritn and zyrtec the both work about the same but zyrtec does last longer. I like the claritin and zyrtec D the best but due to laws I can't get enough of either to last me the entire three weeks
