As needed for pollon, wood smoke , dust, certain chemicals. Generally quite effective medication (3 per day max despite label statement). Does not make you sleepy. Did you know that all of the over the counter antihistimines that make you drowsy are the same exact ingredient used in all over the counter sleep aids. FINALLY an antihistimine that works and does not make you sleepy!

I have constant nasal congestion and watery eyes; mostly from dust and spring pollens. Claritin helps; but is short lived. I probably have about 4-6 hrs. of relief from a 24 hr. dose. But, I also have a cat; and that could be a contributing factor.

Allergy season is at an all-time high this year. There does not seem to be anything that really works but this is a band aid to the situation. Something is better than nothing! I will continue to use this as well as other allergy remedies.

Whenever I feel my allergies start acting up I go to the store and buy Claritin. I will instantly start feeling better that same day and usually am able to prevent any complicated illnesses, such as sinus infections, from creeping up on me.

This product works. I do think that it affects my workout after about using it 3 to 4 weeks. I feel a bit sluggish. But the product continues to allow me to be outdoors with comfort. Otherwise attending baseball games, soccer games, flag football, and etc would be unbearable.
