I purchased this product with a $4.00 off coupon, and I still think it was too much. I read stunning reviews on zyrtec. I tried to purchase that, but my coupon had expired. So I had another coupon for the claritin and purchased it. I was desperate, I may have to go to the doctor, but, I took it as directed and nothing happened. Seriously, I could not believe it. I was on claritin 14 years ago when it was not OTC. I worked then, now that it is OTC, I think they reduced the quality of the product. Anyway, tomorrow Doctor or Zyrtec. NO MORE CLARITIN, It may work for others, my not for me. I also noticed claritin is cheaper than Zrytec. I know why.... it's worthless....

It is something that I can use with having high BP and it doesn't make me sleepy or sluggish. Allergies have been exceptionally bad this year and this has allowed me to function normally with out side effects.

My doctor put me on this product a few weeks ago. I am not one to take anything I don't need. I did balk at having to take something on a regular basis, but I gave in. I'm glad I did. This product works for 24 hours, doesn't make me sleepy and doesn't raise blood pressure either.

Every time I get a cold, I get periodic floods of post nasal drip that causes me to cough violently and unexpectedly, especially at night. Last night I slept well, lying down, for the first time in a week after taking Claritin. This medication dried up my watery drainage that was constantly tickling the back of my throat, making me cough. It makes me a little lightheaded, but not enough to interfere with life. THANKS!!

I was at a point where I dreaded going to sleep at night due to post-nasal drip coughing, violent post-nasal drip coughing. Had allergies as a child and was forced to take Sudafed and Actifed...years later I understand they were both raising my blood pressure and affecting my nerves as well. Claritin has solved 95% of my nightime post-nasal drip! IF you perceive this non-drowsy product making you sleepy, please take a look at what other meds you are taking. This product should not cause sleepiness or palpitations of the heart. Products containing DECONGESTANT medicine can do this. Stick with the basic Claritin and no drowsiness or heart palpitations should occur. Hope this helps.

I CAN BREATHE!! 20 minutes at my in-laws and I want to pull my eyeballs out and rinse them in the sink! Not to mention the sneezing. If I take Claritin before I go....I'm fine. No sneezing, no itchy eyes, no tickley throat... Bring on the kitties! They are SO cute :-)

A few hours after taking this OTC, I felt doped up with mild heart palpitations. I could not function well. I would not drive a car for safety reasons. It worked ok on my mold/dust allergies for about 14 hours.
