It adds just enough moisture to keep my skin smooth without adding any glare. I've tried lots of oil-free moisturizers and they all made me oilier. This one actually seems to make me more matte than not having any lotion at all. I think it also helps reduce the blackheads on my nose. I still have acne so you'll need something else to fight the pimples but this is great as a non-oily moisturizer that won't cause break-outs. I normally use proactive, but its so expensive for my budget right now and it can be extremly drying to the skin, and not to mention I am completely out after canceling my club subscription. I went to Ulta, always heard good things about Clean N Clear, used it as a preteen. I got the Pore Cleanser for about $4.50 and the moisturizer was on sale too for only [$]. Moisturizer smells great, its gentle and doesn't seem to make my face oily. I can hop out of the shower after cleaning my face and apply the moisturizer and put my makeup and my face stays matte for most of the day. I have moderately oily skin, so it gets oily at the end of the day no matter what. I have noticed this moisturizer also helps your makeup go on nice and smooth. i would recommend this product to someone with light to moderate acne and someone on a budget, pretty big bang for the buck!
