This product is the only spot treatment that really works for me, and I've tried a lot of others - including benzoyl peroxide, sulpur, and tea tree oil.

If I faithfully put this on a breakout 2 or three times a day, it will come to a head and dry up within two days, at most. It drastically reduces the size and soreness of breakouts within a day. It dries clear, so I can even use it during the day over makeup.

I actually bought another tube to keep in my purse so I can start treating any breakouts that pop up when I'm away from home. Obsessed? Maybe, but this stuff works!

For some reason, lately I have been breaking out on my jaw and neck area...at 45! I thought I'd try this product, but over a month later, I seem to be getting more breakouts. Did not work for me at all.

I'm allergic to benzoyl peroxide so since this has salicylic acid it's a great alternative. I use a small amount all over my face before moisturizing in order to prevent blemishes from coming. I find that it works best this way instead of waiting for you to use it at the first signs of a pimple. The smell can be a little strong if applied close to the nose. But overall its a great product.

I was hestitant to use this because I had used another Clean & Clear Spot Treatment that didn't work so well but, this has been doing wonders for my "pop-ups". It doesn't dry my skin out nor does it peel or flake.

I have used this product a couple of years now to control my cystic acne. It seems to inturrupt the cycle enough so I get less acne for shorter durations.

I use this as a moisturizer on an area that
has the tendency of growing new pimples. I don't use
It as an acne spot treatment. This is a great all over face serum for moderate acne. I don't think this is for people with severe acne.

The key ingrediant, salicyiic acid is why I use it. It safely cleans out and in a sense "eats away at the zit" without irritating my skin. I am also at an age as to which benzoyl peroxoid is much too irritating and aging. You're not going to find more for your money or more money, at that!

This product is really great. Its doesnt easily irritate like other sallacytic products. It really does diminish acne!!! Love it!

It works! My most painful acne will come to a head quicker or go away completely in a few short days (I can get bad acne with stress). HOWEVER, it dries like a plastic coating almost like elmer's glue. You need to apply very little or be careful not to rub when you put on concealer because it will rub off and turn into a white gunky sticky residue.
