Clean-n-Clear WORKS - on blackheads, break-outs, and inflammatory flare-ups. I have used this for over 15 years. Yes, I have tried other solutions, but they don't do the job.

Clean-n-Clear even works for poison ivy. I'm extremely sensitive to it. I break out from the barest hint of the weed - and it spreads quickly into great raw patches. The itching is horrendous. I've found the usual remedies to be completely ineffectual, but Clean-n-Clear dries out the rash, soothes the itch, and heals my skin within days.

For acne, when the pimple is just beginning, I dab Clean-n-Clear on and let it absorb. The break-out is gone in a flash, sometimes even overnight. Yes, it does dry out the skin slightly - it's supposed to, after all - but only when it's slathered on.

This is a life-saver for me.

First when i used this product thinking it would get rid of all my acne, i rubbed on tons on my whole face thinking all my acne will go away.I was very wrong it made all my pimples whiteheads and forced me to pop them. Then i tried it again like 3 months later and put a thin layer on my whole face at night. Now i found a breakthrough. I had red spots that where gone in the morning. Great product - thin layer-

Comments about Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment, .75 fl oz:

I have combination skin and moderate adult acne. I am allergic to benzoyl peroxide but have found that my skin responds well to products like this one which contain salicylic acid. At the first sign of acne, I apply this product to the bumps. Usually if I apply just before going to bed, the acne is gone or greatly reduced by morning. Occasionally I reapply in the morning before applying make up.

This works great for an active pimple. You have to apply it two to three times a day for it to be effective. The larger and more severe of a pimple, the longer it takes to heal. But it is very worth it

If you ever get a mean pimple, that becomes red and swollen, and cannot be ignored and has to be "popped", this is the product for you! Just a tiny amount (thin layer) magically takes the redness and swelling away, and dries up what it remaining. I have a tube in each of our teens bathrooms as well, and we all talk about how great it is until we sound like a commercial. The down-side is that it is expensive (more than $5.00 an ounce!) but does work well and (if you apply it in a thin layer) will last for several months.

    Warning - heavily perfumed!

Comments about Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment, .75 fl oz:

This has a very heavy perfume - I started choking as soon as I put it on. I am sensitive to perfume and usually check labels, but I would never think that perfume would be in zit medicine. Should perfume - which can cause breakouts - be in a product that is supposed to clear breakouts?

Comments about Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment, .75 fl oz:

This is my go-to product for treating the occasional acne flare-up. It's cheap, smells good, and the applicator tip makes it very easy to apply and not waste product. I have tried fancier acne spot treatments from places like [@], but I come back to this one every time. I will keep purchasing this product for as long as I have breakouts. However, if you're a teenager, or you have more severe acne, I am not sure if this product will work for you. I would recommend seeing a dermatologist if you can.

OMG, this stuff works great!! It does dry out my skin a bit, but that's usually in the non-affected areas. So I make sure to only apply it to the acne areas themselves, not just all over my face. After having my son, my skin went crazy with acne! I was never really acne prone even as a teenager, so I wasn't sure what to do. I tried chemical peels, microdermabrasions and everything worked a little bit, but this has been healing my acne faster than any of those expensive treatments have! I will continue to use this! SO glad I found it!

Comments about Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment, .75 fl oz:

This stuff softens the skin very well. Don't expect miracles if you have too many blemishes: it WILL help with healing time but it's not a cure-all for hormonal issues or even skin viruses. Even with extreme acne, I imagine this product to work its slight magic. It really does sooth inflammation, and reduces redness. I use it for my occasional breakouts, and I love how the active ingredient kills germs and exfoliates at the same time. Sometimes, I will put some on my t-zone before bed and wake up to nicer skin (even during times when I am not treating a blemish). It's just an all-around good product to have--- a staple, i.m.o.

Comments about Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment, .75 fl oz:

This product is the only spot treatment that really works for me, and I've tried a lot of others - including benzoyl peroxide, sulpur, and tea tree oil.

If I faithfully put this on a breakout 2 or three times a day, it will come to a head and dry up within two days, at most. It drastically reduces the size and soreness of breakouts within a day. It dries clear, so I can even use it during the day over makeup.

I actually bought another tube to keep in my purse so I can start treating any breakouts that pop up when I'm away from home. Obsessed? Maybe, but this stuff works!
