I have a very difficult time finding products that won't cause my skin to break out, this one didn't. I was happy with the feel of the moisturizer, it's lightweight and has a light citrusy scent. There is a little bit of shimmer to it, but it pretty much disappears when you put makeup over it. What shimmer I notice without makeup just makes my skin look a little dewy. It's a nice moisturizer with SPF that thankfully doesn't cause my skin to break out.

I have used this product ever since I was 16 (7 years now). I am from eastern europe so I absolutely hate using products on my face and I really do not understand how american women can put so many bad chemicals on their face every night. This is the only moisturizer that I have ever kept using for a long time. It has spf and it works great as a primer too. If you have normal skin and are at a young age, deff go for this product.

My other beauty products are the L'oreal toner, josie maran spf 40 and a couple times a week I use a cleanser.

I don't see why people are bashing this product, why would you buy it if you didn't want the glowing effect?! I looked at this products reviews to see if it really gives you that glowing, shimmery look everyone's talking about, and boy is it great! I've been getting compliments since I put it on! (: It even smells nice, and unlike my last few moisturizers, it doesn't burn or itch. <3 I simply fell in love...

Yes, it has a small amount of SHIMMER not glitter, there is a difference, people. And it's lovely, it gives you the perfect look for every day! It's heavenly, I tell you, even if you're acne prone like me. ~ Though, I do recommend putting it on AFTER you do your make up, ladies.

I was looking for a simple, light day time moisturizer with SPF. My old one from this same company got discontinued, so I tried this. It works exactly the same, except that it SPARKLES. It has very subtle gold shimmers in it. The package says "will instantly brighten up face." It does NOT say that it literally contains sparkles. It works fine, but I don't want a glittery face. I wish the package would have clarified that. Who wants a shiny face?

I started using clean and clear products several years ago while experiencing adult type of acne. My skin cleared immediately. I have been using the products ever since and am sad to say the wonderful eye brightner that clean and clear once offered is no longer available. BEST price for the BEST product

Okay, so I bought the whole set and this lotion really is a good moisturizer. The smell is really strong, but soft at the same time. I love it.

I use this product everyday, and I have for years. Aveeno and Neutrogena products wind up being too greasy for my skin, and this is really about the only thing that works for me. It smells nice, doesn't leave a nasty residue, and it absorbs quickly. Yes, there is glitter in it, but not nearly as much as some reviewers seem to think - you're not going to wind up looking like Edward Cullen, people.

All in all, I recommend this very much.

I have been using the product for over 5 years now. I have to say I cannot use anything else. My local drug stores do not sell it, so I buy it here online and buy 5 or 6 at a time. It doesn't make me feel clogged, its light, and is a great base to use after I shower before I apply make up. This to me is the best I have ever tried, or sampled.

I use this product every day morning & night. I love it. I hate the new bottle design.I think they also changed the ingredients or something because its causing me to break out. This is the only place where I could find this moisturizer and I love it. It does feel sandy at first but it leaves your skin feelings soft :D>

I bought this moisturizer because I needed one immediately, and realized that no store seemed to carry Clean & Clear's SOFT Day Moisturizer (which I really liked) anymore. Save your money; it's disappointment in a bottle. I have extremely oily skin that's prone to dryness and flaking from excessive product use--odd, but true. This product is hardly effective and turns my face into shine central with its miniscule glitter and sheen. Its cheap formula isn't nourishing, moisturizing, or smoothing. I hate the texture as well; it's not sandy like other reviewers said, but more like a greasy, thickened liquid. I would have much rather preferred something whipped, or perhaps a rich cream. I wish I'd gone with a moisturizer from Neurogena, Biore, or even Pond's ... anything but this.
