I can count on less than two hands the number of times I've had a zit in the past 20+ years. I never really had anything but an occasional break out until I turned 20 and then it just went out of control. All over my back, chest and face and even in spots on my neck! I was mortified to go out in public and saw a dermatologist. See my other reviews for other products that can help that were doctor recommended. It helps out ...don't really think it works, but at least you get to feel a cool face...only i wish they would make one that doesn't cool your face and doesn't have spf, so i can use it at night and not feel like its zubzero in my face. Works to hydrate, and make you believe that it works with for acne, but in reality it only helps you moisturize. I am a 40 yr old who has abused my skin for basically forever and I am surprisingly, sincerely pleased with the results of these products. Is my skin perfect? No Way, but so much better. I have less pimples, no irritation at all, and my skin looks much much healthier. I've had problems with dry skin before, but even with 2 applications a day I have not had a problem with this moisturizer. Occasionally it makes my face feel a tiny bit warm/tingly, but it's not uncomfortable. I would recommend to anyone with mild acne. It states that on the label I'm sure, but I thought it was an important 'head's up'. My eyes FREAKED after I got some in them and wouldn't stop tearing up and drying out - for two days!
