I have chronic dry eyes due to sjogren's syndrome. I use artificial tear vials all day but I use this product in the morning to get the red out and as needed but not more than directed. If you are still having blurry vision it is because you have more severe dry eyes and need to add disposible artificial tears to your regime. If that doesn't work you need to see a Opthomologist to get a prescription. I love these to get the red out!

Love this product! I have tried many different drops,including Visine-A, Zaditor, Systane, Soothe-XP and various perscriptions looking for relief from my dry, red eyes. No need for perscriptions now that this product works so well. Those who have complained of bluriness probobaly do not have true dry eye symtoms. I find that my eyes do not blur at all....most likely because I need the drops so much. Works for me most of the day and I love the way the gel stays and coats my eyes. I need only reapply after a day of office work.

I have tried numerous eye drops for my chronic dry eyes. My eyes were always red and awful looking. Most redness relief eye drops work initially, but they don't last. These eye drops last longer than the others I've tried. Do they last all day with one application? No, I generally use them up to the four times a day the directions state, but I don't have to use them more than that. I feel I will definitely order them again.

I get occasional eye irritation, and this product really gets the job done. Cons? Burns like crazy for a couple of minutes.

These are horrible eye drops. They leave me with blurred vision all day, and my eyes feel sticky, and the eye drops don't even remove the red! I usually buy Clear Eyes for Dry Eyes -- a terrific product. But Clear Eyes for Dry Eyes with Redness Remover -- just awful. Don't even bother!

This is the best eye drop to clear red eyes. I tend to get red eyes by end of the day after wearing contacts, and I use them after I remove them or in the morning. It does blur your eyes for a minute but it clears up afterwards.

These are the best clear eyes i've ever run into. I tend to use cannabis recreationally, and my eyes get blood shot, after a drop or two per eyes of this my eyes are clear within 5 minutes. there is only one minor con to these clear eyes and that it somewhat fogs your vision because of the viscosity of the substance, but it feels good in your eye and works for nearly all red eye situations, involving smoke, allergies, or just plain dry eyes, i highly recommen. also so far this clear eyes product has never failed me even in the most desperate situations.

Made my eyes blurry immediatly, thought that it would go away after a while but it didn't, left a film on my eyes for a few hours, even when wearing glasses instead of contact lenses, not recommended.

I put 2 drops in one of my eyes, and was surprised that much of the fluid ran down my cheek because it was too thick and was caught in my eyelashs. And what did end up in my eye made me blink many times before the cloudiness cleared up. It took about 2 minutes before my vision was clear and back to normal again. I don't think I would purchase this one again.
