I usually use this product a couple of times a week. A little goes a long way when you are applying oil directly to your scalp. It helps keep my scalp from getting dry and flaky.

I have no idea how to use this product! No instructions.. After about a week I finally had it figured out, after a few greasy hair days. Just a little goes a long way. I put it in my palms and rub then massage through to the ends of my hair. makes my hair soft but be careful or you will look like you haven't washed in weeks. This product was ok but not worth the hype.
