This medication contains titanium dioxide, an excellent sunscreen. It is also one of the top ingredients that is most damaging to acned skin. I used this combined with an untinted benzoyl peroxide gel as a very good substitute for a sheer foundation. The TD is very good for smoothing and evening out foundation application. It is also the one ingredient that breaks me out more than any other. The sulfur in the product could not overcome the clogging properties of the TD. It has been 10 days since I used this and my skin is still recovering; I'm still dealing with large whiteheads, cysts and excessive peeling. Additionally, a sulfur product should not be left on the skin for longer than a couple of hours because it is sensitizing for even the toughest skin, as mine is. IF by chance you have moderate acne, nonsensitive skin and are not affected by TD, then I highly recommend this. If you are like me and break out at the slightest bit of TD in a product, then avoid this at all costs. If other reviewers disagree and claim this isn't true, then I strongly suggest trying it on a small patch of skin first and then check the results over the next several days.

This is the one product that actually prevents and gets rid of breakouts. Every other product, even from Clearasil, has actually worsened my acne.

I put a dot on the pimple and blot, this stuff camouflages while drying out and reducing the pimples. I have been using this stuff since I was a teen. My kids have all used it, too! It will dry out your face if you aren't careful and only use it on the zit. But I haven't found anything better for reducing pimples and clearing up a severe breakout.

This is a great product - one I've used since I was a teenager - over 40 years ago! Some things are really just tried and true! This tinted Clearasil really covers blemishes while it fights to clear them up.... what could be better?

I like the benzol peroxide - my local drugstore stopped carrying it - they only carried a similar product containing sulfer which smells terrible and is just not even possible to use because of the bad odor. I have used tinted benzol peroxide clearasil for years and it keeps my skin clear. I use it as my makeup base. Other makeups make my face break out. I was thrilled to find that I could still get this product on line. I hope Clearasil never stops making it.
(I am 66 and have used it for as long as I can remember). It does affect some fabrics but that is a small price to pay for the results it gives my skin.

I am 42 years old and thank god for drugstore.com , your company carries products that other places dont carry anymore. This clearasil tinted cream is the only thing that works when i get breakouts , this product really works anyone with acne problems should give it a try.

Works great -- I had withdrawls when the new Ultra cream product came out which made my face oily. I like to use this product on it's own and under make up.

This product works very well. You do have to be careful with making sure to blend it in well, but it has been the best thing for my very oily, acne prone skin. It might not be suitable for someone with fair skin, because the tint is pretty dark, but you can mix it with the vanishing formula to make a mixture that is not so dark. I like it anyway.
