I had been using a 2% salicylic acid spot treatment and wasn't really seeing great results, but I had just resigned myself to always having breakouts. I was at my local drugstore and saw that this was on sale, so I bought it - thinking it was just another salicylic acid treatment. I was so wrong! First it's not even SA, and second, when I started using this, within the week my breakouts began to shrink significantly. My skin looked clearer and my face looked so much healthier! I've always been the kind of person who has never really broken the breakout cycle. As soon as one area goes away, another crops up - plus, I have pigmentation issues so a pimple inevitably turns into a dark spot on my face, ugh. I've been using this twice a day for two weeks now, and I have to say that I've maybe had one more pimple crop up, which for me is a serious miracle! On top of that I notice that my dark spots are smaller and lighter! I did notice a bit of dryness, but it's nothing compared to when I use SA or benzoyl peroxide. To make up for it, I will usually put a face moisturizer and it's fine (I normally don't use moisturizer because I live in a warm, humid place).

Anyway, I'm so happy I stumbled upon this spot treatment! Truly, my skin looks so much healthier! I feel less of a need to pile on the makeup because my skin looks much more radiant. I'm really happy with this product and I just hope that over time it will still continue to work!!

My boyfriend (who has sensitive skin) uses this product and he has frequent acne in specific areas and I only get 1 or 2 pimples every couple of months. I continue to be amazed out how quickly this works. You can see significant results overnight. I typically apply the product right before the pimple appears and 3 days later its as if it was never there. Highly recommend. I believe the product is tinted as a result of the active ingredient not to necessarily blend with your skin. It will show. Recommend night use or for ladies under makeup.

This does not hide blemishes at all. The stuff just absorbs into your skin like lotion. Which is probably good from an acne clearing standpoint, but my face looks exactly the same after application as before application. I have only been using it since yesterday so the jury is still out on if it is actually effective or not. I hope it is because I have used every other product out there. A thing on the smell, it contains sulfur so it smells a bit like rotten eggs. It is not too bad though. Even when applied to my upper lip I only get the occasional whiff of it. That said, you don't get used to it.

This product works much better than the Benzoyl Peroxide products offered for acne. I have suggested it to a number of different people. All of them have had some level of success with it.

I have had wonderful success with this product as a spot treatment. It does okay on its own but is much more effective when part of a regular skin care regimen. Following a thorough cleansing I apply this product to any swollen pimples I have. One of the active ingredients, sulfur, is wonderful at reducing swelling. A little goes a long way and in my experience I have found it is safe to leave on overnight.

Unfortunately there is an odor to this product, though my girlfriend insists she doesn't smell anything. For someone like me with fair skin the tint is a little dark and it can be pretty noticeable. I apply it only at night.

I put this on as soon as I feel a pimple coming and it usually stops it from becoming large.
