I had a bad case of adult acne all of a sudden at 43 years old. Still a few spots but much much better. I can not use any type of moisturizer on my face else I get permanent pimples.
This product is shrinking pimples I had for years. I had like permanent irritation or pimples on my forehead. Recommended. I can't believe anything worked on that stuff.

I've been using this product for years, when I get a pimple or blemish I cleanse the area and apply the Clearasil acne control cream immediately. Instantly I feel it working, swelling and tenderness subside and by the next day the pimple is almost gone. I've never used anything that was so effective and fast. It's cheap and works, so before you go and buy the expensive products give it a try, really.

I've generally employed benzoyl peroxide to spot treat blemishes, but wanted to see if I could find something that works as well, but was less damaging to my sensitive skin. I was surprised to see that within a day this stuff dries out even a larger pimple. Especially good for whiteheads. You should know that this doesn't blend very well, even for pale skin. I use it under makeup or at night.

Great product. It WILL clear/dry up your acne. Best if applied at bedtime. I've only been using it for 3 days, and already the results are amazing!

I've tried this product on numerous blemishes over the past year; and for me it shrinks the blemish (which are due to monthly hormonal changes), but it doesn't make it go away. I can still feel the 'dirt or impurities' beneath my skin which still makes for a bad complexion, just not with the red irritated blemishes. Perhaps it jsut wasn't intended for the side effects of PMS.

I like this product.. in general it dries up the area you apply it on and for my case my pimple dried up and turned into dead skin cells... so I guess that kind of helps remove pimples.

After a massive surprise breakout session during the summer, I panicked and bought this. It shrank my pimples, but didn't make all of them go completely away; the smaller, red annoying ones that made may face blotchy looking all went away, and the big problem ones got smaller. The product streaks a lot, and doesn't really match my complexion [I have tan skin] the smell is kinda icky, and by the end of the day the scent vanishes and you smell a little like sulfur. It also dries out your skin, so I've been trying to figure out how to put oil free lotion AND this on top of it. My complexion definitely looks MUCH better than it did before I put it on, so it's definitely worth a try =)

I have Extremely Sensitive, Oily, acne-prone skin, and have tried everything... One Day I came across this product and noticed that it treated acne with no benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid (barely helps my pimples and does not stop my oil or prevented acne. I tried it at night (yes it smells sorta funky but its nothing that serious) and the next morning my pimples healed so well! This worked perfectly and i never had oil skin again! This works so well on oily skin. I reccomend it, but be careful those with dry or combo skin--it is drying. Overall, I love it and am finally seeing clear skin after suffering from acne during high school! It's worth the price, though the bottle may seem small, but it works, and is truly magic!

I have used this product for years and have always found it effective at both nipping beginning blemishes in the bud and quickly reducing and eliminating full-blown ones. While it does have a distinctive smell, it's never been a nuisance to me or anyone I've been close to. I do usually only use small amounts on specific spots, however. It is getting very hard to find in the major stores, so I'm stocking up here while I can still find it, because I do not want to use anything else!

Best thing I've found to clear up a random pimple. I'd like to know what the tint is because when I look in the mirror, it has a great finish. Can they make foundation?
