Two years ago, Clearasil changed the ingredients completely in this product and ruined it. It used to be awesome, now it does not work at all. They took out the hydrogen peroxide and the milk product, and it has not worked the same since. Beware of the Drugstore.com ingredients list, since it is showing the OLD ingredients list that used to work and not the "new and improved" list that absolutely does not work. Don't waste your money!

this isnt a very good product its really easy to use and thats all. the first time i used it it burned my skin but i thought that it only burns cuz im not use to it yet so i used it twice a day and the next day i had a new zit on my forehead ugh! so i looked up reviews for the clearasil stay clear cleansing pads and they had all really good reviews so i decided to get them and they r awesome and they keep my skin clear!

I've been using the original product for over 16 years. This one didn't impress me. I also had a break out on my chin and didn't see any improvement in over a week of using these pads up to 3 times a day. I'm passed the normal acne years in early 60's now but I honestly think the original works better. I use them every day 1-3 times a day to calm and clean my face and wish they would make these in a travel jar size. Otherwise I carry a few pads in a tiny ziplock bag for purse and work and travel. I do think both products help to clean deeper than soap and water. I've got very sensitive skin and neither this one or the original upset it. That says a lot as I do not wear makeup due to allergic reactions going back to my teens. Maybe the active ingredient with this stronger formula does work on teen acne or severe acne I just didn't find it helped my slight breakout over 4 days let alone within 4 hours or overnight. I saw no difference or improvement.

I have oily skin and I use this a lot in between facial washes when I want to refresh my skin. It works great.

WOW I cannot believe that I have not gotten a SINGLE pimple in 3 weeks since I started using this. It took a while for old acne to go away and these pads did not seem to speed that up, but they really do PREVENT new acne from forming. Use this every day, followed by a moisturizer, and you will never get another pimple again. This product is a miracle. I never thought I would be happy with my face. I can now happily throw out my cover-up. Make sure to use moisturizer afterward and it will not dry out your face at all. I use this once a day at night.

As far as I 'm concerned Clearasil was before all others except soap and water, and I 've tried the others and I keep on coming back to the original, they must be doing something right after 40 years

Try on different parts of the face--it can irrate. Where it does not irrate--it works great. As a guy, if you have problems with the back of your neck-it worlks great.

When i recieved this product in the mail i decided to wash my face off and use it asap. I have a mild acne problem, not as bad as i had it in my early teen years though, I just have some on my forehead and some on the sides of my face, About 30 seconds after i completely wiped my face down I could see it work 'INSTANTLY!' My whiteheads were popping and shrinking, there was a burning sensation but that just shows that its working, and i do have relatively sensitive skin, but it goes away in a few minuets. I have been using this product for two days and my acne is not gone, but so much of it has dissipered from my face, and the acne that is still there, has shrunken, and will probably be gone in the morning/afternoon, I highly recommend this product, My long distance buddy recommended it to me, since we have simular skin types (Dry on ocassion but never oily)and his skin isnt pimpley anymore! Just remember to hydrate/moisterize your skin after you use this, it makes it dry, a cheap lotion will even work wonders.

it wasn't the worst, but it isn't anywhere close to being the best. for some unknown reason these "ultra" pads cost twice as much as the regular ones, so that's a downfall. it didn't miraculously cure all of my acne, and definitely not in 3 days, as it claims. plus, the smell was horrendous - it's even hard to describe, left my skin and fingers smelling ugh! i will not buy it again. instead, i'll go for the cheaper clearasil pads - they seem to be working a lot better.
