I wanted this device for work to make it easier to hear soft-spoken people. The sound was loud but not clear, it was muffled. After the second day I removed it from my phone as I couldn't use it at all. I couldn't hear the person on the other end of the phone and he/she also couldn't hear me. I would not recommend this product.
