My basset hound has wheat allergies and she's 13 so she has to have soft treats and these meet all those requirements and they are made in the USA which is an extra bonus in my book. I do make her treats a lot but I keep these on hand for when there is no time to bake.

Comments about Cloud Star Wag More Bark Less Soft & Chewy Dog Treats, Peanut Butter Cookie recipe, 6 oz:

My senior dog has kidney disease, which means I have to restrict his protein intake. Cloud Star offers several treats that meet his needs. He likes these and the Chicken Pot Pie flavor.

They're a very soft treat. I slice them in half to make the go farther. Any smaller than that, you end up with crumbs. They'll shed crumbs in your pocket, too, if not in a baggie or container of some kind. So as long as you don't expect them to hold up like a biscuit or jerky-type treat, you'll be satisfied. My dog loves them, and they're a nice contrast to hard, dry biscuit treats.

Comments about Cloud Star Wag More Bark Less Soft & Chewy Dog Treats, Peanut Butter Cookie recipe, 6 oz:

My dog loves these treats!! His favorite type of treats are soft and chewy and these are perfect. He's used to getting a treat when we come home throughout the day. Most brands we have to cut them in half because they are too big, but these were perfect! A quick bite for my pup. My only complaint (and why I didn't give it 5 stars), is the price should be a little lower. You do not get a lot of these treats in the bag, so if the manufacturer would lower the price a couple dollars I would continue to buy.
