This is a great, old-fashioned hair tonic. It's not mouse or gel, so hair doesn't get stiff or sticky. It's light, but it seems to make my wavy hair just a little more manageable without having to use anything that makes my hair seem unnatural. And it's got a great barbershop vibe.

I bought this just to try it because it was different. I've used it a few times and it seems to work fine. Has a strong but pleasant odor.

This stuff burns! Even putting it in your hair and on your scalp and rinsing the excess off it still leaves the hair rather greasy....I guess those using it AFTER showering must like greasy hair or have really dry hair and scalp (my scalp tends to be dry but my hair oily...weird combo--and I bathe daily btw...I do scratch it a lot though). I don't use hairspray, gels or anything like that--just conditioner, so I couldn't imagine having this product on my hair and adding more..ugh. This product may help with dandruff but I'm not sure...haven't used it consistently because of the itchiness and irritation.

Had been using generic "Vitalis", tried Clubman, and seems to hold as good if not better without the oiliness. It is perfumed which may bother some, though I don't find it objectionable. I plan to continue using it.

I guess I'm using enough product, (small puddle used twice). It seems to add shine to my hair but no hold. If I used a bunch, like dumped several squirts onto my head maybe I would see some difference.

It smells good, so I'll use it for a while and we will see what happens. I think it is good for the hair "health" aspect, but not control maybe use the clubman gel for that.
I'd recommend it in combination with another product like gel/pomade

I suppose it works well,the reason I say this is that i'm a hat wearer,so I don't know how well it works without a hat.

I use it diluted in a spray bottle for brushing out my show standard poodles every other day. lightweight on the coat. wonderful stuff! was recommended by an awesome Handler!!
