I really like this product - tastes great, its easy to take in my morning coffee and I use it in replace of sugar. Not too sweet, nice chocolate flavor and the bonus - as a middle age lady that wants to improve her heart health - heres an easy way to do it!

As a dietary supplement, maximum 1 packet daily. Add 1 packet to 8 fl oz of cold of hot milk or coffee. Stir 15 seconds or until mixed well and enjoy. Alternatively, mix into you favorite yogurt or hot cereal, protein shake, etc. Stir it. Sprinkle it. Enjoy it. Refrigerate any unused mixed portions. Store in a cool, dry place.
