It has the same great minty flavor as all other Colgate toothpastes. It's inoffensive, but I'd recommend Colgate Total. I've had one filling in my entire life and it was characterized as a small crack as opposed to a cavity. This stuff is great. Not salty tasting like Crest paste. I am very sensitive to any whitening toothpastes, they all give me canker sores, and this never once did. Love it.
