My daughter is 9 months old and has 8 teeth already, so I knew she would need a good toothbrush. This one fits very well in her hand and she loves to use it. It's the perfect size (both the head and the handle) and it's gentle on her gums. The only down-side I can see is that it's a bit pricey.

This is a great little toothbrush. I like that it is not slim, and can be easily gripped by my 19 month old. She chews on it sometimes, and the bristles stay put. The designs are cute too-- ladybugs and choo choos.

I bought this for my 18 month old. it's the right size and he loves learning to brush with it.

I bought this for her to practice with starting at 8 mo; and she took to it very well. This was the only toothbrush that was small enough, both the head and the length. Plus the handle is shaped reasonably for toddler gripping - it's a caterpillar theme: fat in the middle with little knobs for feet.

we have used the firefly, which was ok, but a little larger and the elmo one, which was useless - worn out since the first few times using.

not good. i bought this & the head is so dense! its also huge! i would use this for my self rather that a 2 year old! not good!

I had been using the OralB Stage 1 toothbrush for my daughter (she's a year and a half old). It needed a replacement, and so I bought the Colgate 0-2 toothbrush while shopping at drugstore.com. The brush head is larger than the OralB toothbrush for the same age, too large for my daughter's tiny mouth. She fusses when I try to brush her teeth with it, yet had no problems with OralB. I'm switching back to the OralB Stages toothbrush for babies-toddlers, and hope that drugstore.com will carry it in the future.
